Obviously this is lower on the list of reasons but this is a sports town after all and if it can help there that too would be a plus. I think this can even be another piece in that aspect along with the many other developments for making this a more attractive option for free agents. The mirage was my favorite destination by far because it felt like the sistine chapel in there with the replica ceilings and it had an art museum with authentic davinci artwork.
